Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address.

You can also email us if your package hasn't been shipped yet, and we can update it manually.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
During holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

💳 Refunds & Returns

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

To report damage, please contact us within one week of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds/replacements are not available for:
Customer-entered incorrect addresses
Packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation
Normal wear and tear or misuse
